Had a couple sacks. Freshwater issues. Hoping to have some for thanksgiving and Christmas.

I think a season is about to open in Texas, so beware if you get them fresh anytime soon.

There was an Advocate article about it a week ago. The Mississippi River being as high as it was for almost 9 full months gutted the industry this year. They say it should bounce back in a couple of months though. Restaurants have stopped serving them fresh due to lack of inventory.

Many restaurants in NOLA don't either.

there is a very large shortage
