I had this recently and I can't believe how good it is. I would like to make it for a get together I am having at home in a few weeks but I can't find a recipe online. Does anyone know how they make it?

I'm not being a smart arse, but I really do believe it's cooked in gallons of butter, lol. I've tried to get it as a healthier option, but it's swimming in butter, so that knocks it off the healthy list.

You do know you can move and shake the excess butter off, right? It doesn’t have to swim in it.

Call them or stop by...tell them you have a Gluten allergy and you need to know what seasoning are put on it...then buy some catfish and throw it under the broiler for a few minutes.
