Naylor's had Solar Fire and Florida 91 the last two years, I believe, and they did well for us. The Florida 91 produced better.

We have hundreds of green tomatoes at the moment, and got the first ripe Romas in today. It always takes longer than I expect for them to turn red.

I plant mostly better boys. Seems the wife really likes these.

Regarding plant size, I use buckets due to limited land. My plants are very thick, very wide and very tall. By very tall, I would say in 5 weeks, they are 3.5 to 4 feet tall. Each plant has apprx 10-15 tomatoes, with an additional 10-15 blooms.

Seem normal?

They might get stagnant in the middle of summer, but will pick back up in the Fall. In South La. of course.
