If you don’t have a bottle on the table similar to this to pour in your peas, you’re missing out. Or you may be a yankee.

Black eyed peas with Messican cornbread. Honestly,,my peas (cooked with, bacon fat, shallots, garlic, and smoked sausage ) were too good for pepper sauce,

I always have spicy vinegar on my countertop next to the stove. I cut up habanero peppers and put them in the shaker bottle, add a bit of salt and then white vinegar and let that just sit and blend for a week or so and it's good to go.

That vinegar does add a kick to anything it's put on.

I’ve got 7 or 8 wine bottles of different peppers, herbs and garlic aging now...6 months to 3 years old.

I recall the day I found a bottle of Trappeys in Arizona. I almost she'd a year.

Need to make a jar of that soon. Ran out of Crystal as well so I plopped some Tiger sauce in my bowls. Surprisingly delicious w the sweetness
