Anyone tried this, review? Thinking about putting it on the grill this weekend. Will it survive on a grill?

Pic taken this morning during the turkeyzilla run.

My wife cant have wheat or gluten. Aint ever tried a bought one but we have made it several times. The trick is to take the chopped and steamed cauliflower and putting it in a cloth and wringing it out good and hard getting it dry as ya can if ya dont itl come out soggy. They must have some kinda industrial press to make the store bought. It's pretty easy to make though.

I just bought it yesterday so I haven't used it, but someone told me to overcook the shite out of it if that helps at all.

Yeah that makes sense. Grill might be good to cook with.

the fathead pizza dough recipe is legit, but it's not the same as real crust.

Easier to make yourself

Mix a bag of the cauliflower with egg, cheese (pec romano or parm reggiano) and some Dried herbs.
