My wife and I went to TJ Ribs in Prairieville on Friday night. I got the BBQ platter, which was good until I tried a bite of her ribeye. I have got to hand it to them. That ribeye was fantastic. Does anyone know what they do to it? I have not managed to make one at home as good as what they made in the restaurant.

Maybe just some marinade before going on the grill.

Someone will be here shortly to say that it's the same meat from Ruth's Chris though

Broil it with salt, pepper, and a bunch of butter?

It's a steak. There's honestly not THAT much that can be done to it.

Likely it's just seasoned with salt and pepper and cooked in butter.

They make a good steak. Their brisket is abysmal and their ribs are just ok.
