I’ll give them a pass on servers. Everyone is having trouble finding workers and quality workers at that.

The manager gets no pass, he should be replaced immediately or that location will always fail.

I’ve never liked TJs food. I enjoy the Acadian location for the ambiance and atmosphere. It’s a fun traditional LSU place next to campus with the Heisman. I could always find something good to eat, but never had anything really good.

They do restaurant BBQ and have succeeded at it for decades. It’s nowhere close to “real” BBQ, but it has worked for them. I know what I’m getting when I go in there and I’m not expecting anything more.
