Yeah, very cheers type atmosphere. Pretty much always know someone there. It just became non smoking but they do have a patio set up

Wait y'all are talking about two different places I think. One is the Pelican Pub and one is this new place Tiger Tavern- right? The Tavern I saw is on 44 but North between Lowe's and Delaune's.
