Wife picked up 2 packs, one expires today. What can I do with it that isn't a gravy? Roll it up with onions or asparagus and sear? Grillades? Any other ideas?

You could cut in thin strips and griddle fast and make street tacos - with pico, grilled onions etc

You could probably make a cheese steak sandwich or something similar.

yakamein
supposed to be a sliced chuck roast but I think thin bottom round would work...especially if you are looking for something different.

If it's not grisly, make jerky. I just sliced up and marinated a venison rump, will jerky it up tomorrow.
