10 lemons halved and squeezed
10 cloves of garlic halved
6-8 onions halved
2 boxes of salt
Bag and a half of chackbay
8oz zat liquid boil

Bring to a boil then throw potatoes in for 15 min

Pull the basket, put mushrooms, corn, and sausage in, then dump crawfish on top

Bring back to a bubbling boil and then shut them off with the lid off. Fold them under occasionally, and let them soak until they sink

Here's mine, but I'm going to try chackbay next time.

8 lemons halved and squeezed
8 onions halved
4 garlic pods
1 stalk celery
4.5 lb zats powder
8 oz zats liquid boil
1 box salt

Boil all but liquid and salt, add potatoes for 10-15. Add crawfish, bring to almost boil, shut off. Add frozen corn, salt, and liquid boil. Soak until they sink.

For 100 qt pot filled around halfway, should I go 2 bags or 1.5 of chackbay? And then 2 boxes of salt. OTIS recommended 1.5 for that amount of water. I was thinking 2 bags first batch and 1 the second, but I saw you said that would be too much? Never used this stuff before.

Bag and a half will make them plenty spicy. At a certain point it's about the soak and not how much stuff is in the water

It's the seasonings without the salt. It's a 12 oz bag. Gives you more control over the salt content than ProBoil, etc if you want less

And yes, it is good.

My FIL puts 2 of those round boxes in but that's the only salt in it. He makes his own powder boil mix without any salt.
