For once, we agree on something.

You've said that grilling is the only way and pans are for sissies. We do not agree.

This whole time yall have been arguing I took this out the fridge at 11:15 and eating it at 11:57

and yes, I cooked it in the pan the entire time.

Crispy on the outside and nice, warm and juicy on the inside.

And sous vide is meant to prevent that color gradient in the last pic.

I do mine super rare though. Sear and flip every 20-30 seconds until the crust is there. Cold on the inside like me.

When you act like a dick and call people retarded or sissies if they don't agree? Yes.

I don't believe you. You mean a minimum of a 12 pack.

Right back at you. You did the same. You must not understand hypocrisy very well but I digress.

It was actually a little too rare so I put it back on for 1 min on each side.

It was perfect.

I hated the sous vide deal. Never tried the frozen steak deal. I'll have to try that next time.

Okay, stand by, sit by or lay down by it. Does it really matter? You do what you like. I will do what I like.

Bro, sous vide has been around for a while now...Rare Cuts on Magazine pretty much introduced that to NOLA about 8-10 years ago

I like the color gradient...sous vide doesn't impress me

Well good for you.

Being rigid and unwilling to use different techniques doesn't impress me.

I use it for really thick ribeyes. It's good for those huge tomahawks so you don't have too much gray.
