The Next F&DB Challenge Ingredient is CRAWFISH! April 26, 2022

Okay boys and girls, ladies and gents, bruhs and guhs, mon chérs and ma chéres, the next challenge ingredient is crawfish.
No crayfish allowed, however.
Tuesday, April 26, will be the opening day of the challenge. Please submit your entries in the designated thread, starting Tuesday, 9:00 am through Wednesday, 8:55 am.

I have my Granny's recipe, but she was from the bayou and lived in New Orleans. It has a tomato paste base. I would enter, but I don't want to endure the tomato hate.

I'm pretty sure most versions that have been posted here use tomato paste, so you would be fine.
