Before the McRib, this stuff was served in our high school cafeteria.

Only then, it was named Ribble.

And it was edible-fairly good.

There's a reason that the McRib is only served this time of year when there's all that left over pig thanks to Holiday Hams. I had no idea it was that far down the meat chain though. I figured it was hooves, snouts and anuses like hot dogs, no idea it was hearts and intestines.

Azodicarbonamide is used to bleach flour used in most breads and buns, these types of articles cater to the ignorant public.
