Sounds like The Londoner is printing money like a counterfitter at this point. Good for them. I know you and Rag aren't soccer fans, but were they open early(9:00am)for the early EPL matches this weekend?

Really?

ETA: Finn's just might be the best place to watch the Saints in all of NO. Free food every game.

There are a few guys on the Soccer Board that say they will go if they open early. I would also think that the foreign contingent of students at LSU has to have some fans of soccer as well.

No, I dont believe.

It was an older crowd there (50's) when I went Sunday for the game.

I was there this past Saturday, there's an indoor fireplace and a good amount of beer on tap.

I am very late joining this discussion because my account has been inactive for a few months.

I see where some of you were in Friday 12/ 3. I was also in the back left corner from aprox 6:00-8:00pm.

We really liked the atmosphere, the fish and chips were good, hubby had the Ruben, and it was a little dry because it needed more dressing but it was still a good sandwich. Our son just wanted to nibble so he had the chips and salsa. Salsa was ok; it was more like a sweet tomato sauce with and after bite. I felt the food prices for what we got were fine, I’d rather see cheaper beer prices myself. I am not much on detailed reviews but we will be back for a few reasons: Relaxing & different atmosphere, hearty good food, centrally located to my part of town, service so far was ok.

Afterwards we went up to cupcake shop to get dessert. The girl behind the counter told me they were owned by the same people who owned the Londoner. But that discussion deserves a thread of its own.
