I'm enjoying a kilt lifter in this fine establishment known as the Londoner at this very moment.
really i just got back and they told me they were out?

The fiance and I just left...Despite about a 5 minute wait after we were seated before anyone talked to us, service was excellent. Rosland waited on us and she was very prompt after the initial wait.
We got the chorizo and cheddar stuffed jalepenos as an appetizer, which were very good.
I ordered the shepard'a pie...which I was actually disappointed in. It was Luke warn when I got it and was kind of bland. I had pretty high hopes for it since it has been talked up so much on here so maybe that had something to do with it.
The fiance got the spaghetti (she'a a wuss...played it safe) and she thought it was decent.
I'll definitely be back but just to drink and hangout. The food and 1 kilt lifter were not worth the $54 we spent after the tip.

Just got back, Waitress told us the kilt lifter will now only be available by the bottle...$10.00 20oz bottle.

yeah .. I've been saying that the food is a little pricey .. the portions are pretty small for the price .. you can run up a healthy tab in there ..

Yeah...for $12, the spaghetti was served as a very small portion.
I had no problems with the size of the pie.

Told us that it was no longer available to them in kegs. Not sure if she was feeding us a line of BS, or if they truly cannot get the kegs anymore. OR, if she was just tired of telling people that they are out of it, so she made this up on her own.

yeah, that's weird. I know some people that work there now.
i'll ask what the deal is.

mockler ran out of kilt lifter, that's why the londoner didn't have any
they went through like 12 kegs of it in a week or something crazy.
so mockler wasn't prepared it would appear

Sounds like The Londoner is printing money like a counterfitter at this point. Good for them. I know you and Rag aren't soccer fans, but were they open early(9:00am)for the early EPL matches this weekend?
