Mariner is best restrnt in town...but not spectacular.....
trust me, go to Mamas/Papas and have drinks and nibble...enjoy the local university talent

Went to the Landing few weeks back. I have to say that I was extremely disappointed with both service and food. Had better food and better service at Mamas.

I would venture a guess that Sysco does more bidness per capita in Natchitoches than any other town in LA.

I agree. There is a pretty good pizza place across the little bridge and to the right. Mariners is kinda pricey for what it is. They have a huge hunk of cheddar cheese on the salad bar that has zero taste. I've never experienced anything like it.
