Online, it said you could customize and I went in thinking I was going to order one with steak, guac, & pico. Wrong. My choices were bacon (bits) and sausage (chunks). I decided to order one of each and asked them to hold the potato. (I thought I'd be sharing with someone at work, but they were pretty small, so I ate them both. Oops.)

Bacon:

Sausage:

I know that Cosmo rated them highly, and maybe the potato makes a big difference. I thought they were pretty meh. Also, my pics make them look big, but they are not. I would maybe try again if I could really do the upgrades as offered in the link.

Why no potato? I feel like that is what would make it filling.

The breakfast crunch wrap is hard to beat and only a little bit more expensive, but very filling

Why would this be downvoted? It's literally an omelet held like a taco.

What's next? Calling a hot dog a sandwich?

Burger king calls a hamburger a sandwich all the time.

I didn't downvote that post, but a stuffed fried egg isn't an omelette. An omelette consists of beaten eggs.

If I recall, regardless of age and health 1,500 mg is a daily recommended which this is 45% of the daily intake.

Its ok, the daily intake for an american is 3500mg a day. Strive to be above average

I hear Taco Bell's executive chef gets FURIOUS when people dare to customize their orders.

I tried the Dressed Egg taco this morning. It is the same as the Naked egg taco, except with a soft tortillo on the outside.

It was pretty good. I put some of their breakfast salsa on it, and one was enough to satisfy me for breakfast. Two of them would have been too filling for breakfast.
