Looked up that address. Looks like an abandoned warehouse right in that little warehouse cluster near Bywater American Bistro.
I think that would be a good location for a brewpub. I'm sure the houses directly across the street won't be super thrilled.

I live close to it. Been under construction for awhile, and still has a long way to go. Metal building that was in horrible shape. The building next door was supposed to be something similar to the condos where BAB is located,but it looks like that got shelved. Everyone is aware that it's going to be a brew pub/ restaurant, but little other info thus far. Parking will be a bitch.
