Port of Call is good as I remember, but I havent been there since Katrina. Swamp Room on Vets, Bottom Line is also pretty good. There's a place in Kenner called, I think, Laketown Grill that has a pretty good burger too. Oh and Frostop.

I don't know about all of Louisiana, that's pretty broad, but Cascio's in Monroe is the best in town.
