This was from season one, so it's probably already been covered... but we made that spaghetti pomodoro... damn it was good. There are a bunch of recipes (the recipe card shown on the show was pretty vague) floating around out there, but we used this one:

Definitely not "healthy," but it is delicious.

What’s so unhealthy about it?

ETA: looks like a lot of butter, could you just leave that out?

I've been making Scott Conant's spaghetti pomodoro for years (I imagine they're all the same recipe) and it's very good for something so simple.

pomodor is so good and simple

I make Marcella Hazan’s “tomato sauce” which is 4 ingredients and amazing

essentially the same

I make a very similar sauce. It has two additional ingredients- chianti and molasses. I don't know if that makes it a different type of sauce but it is so delicious.
