This was from season one, so it's probably already been covered... but we made that spaghetti pomodoro... damn it was good. There are a bunch of recipes (the recipe card shown on the show was pretty vague) floating around out there, but we used this one:

I've been making Scott Conant's spaghetti pomodoro for years (I imagine they're all the same recipe) and it's very good for something so simple.

I make a very similar sauce. It has two additional ingredients- chianti and molasses. I don't know if that makes it a different type of sauce but it is so delicious.
