Question. What are the chances of getting the jambalaya calculator? the link is sending me to nothing. :(

I just downloaded it from the thread at the top of the F&D page. Worked fine.

Wayne Jacob's had a roll off box out front and was being gutted when I went by a few days ago. Cox's is about a mile further down river road has been open for a few weeks. Not sure about Jacob's or Bailey's on Airline.

Bump for Sunday Sausage

Anyone know if any of the Laplace andouille shops are open on Sunday? Wayne Jacobs says open in some places but closed on Sundays on Facebook.

Any grocery stores in Laplace sell good andouille?

I feel like I remember trying to go to a few a couple years back on Sunday and none were open. I know this isn’t too helpful. Maybe someone else will choke on with def knowledge.

I’ve seen Best Stop products at some stores in Metairie. I bet you could find something good in Laplace grocery stores if those places aren’t open.

Dons andouille in Reserve is the best! I make a trip once or twice a year and fill up on their smoked products. Also their "shallot" hog head cheese.
