The Advocate is having a poll for the best boiled crawfish in Baton Rouge. It’s down to its last 6 places:

B&T Seafood
Crawfish on the Geaux
The Juicy Seafood Restaurant
University Seafood
Lakeside Daiquiris
Cravin' Crawfish

Notable absences that lost in earlier rounds:

Tony’s
Sammy’s
Louisiana Cajun Seafood
Montalbano's
Heads and Tails

Juicy Seafood has won each round by having more that 50% of all votes (15,000+ votes) per round.

Has anyone had the crawfish at Juicy Seafood? And are they the best in Baton Rouge?

Never tried Juicy. But I think Geaux and University are pretty good. B&T(Binh & Tuyen) owner is very cool guy. His crawfish is a bit too spicy for me.

Judging by the locations of these places, I think we can figure out what demographic is doing most of the voting.

Like I said on my other post - it's boiled, then put in a plastic bag with seasoning, shake it up, and eat.

Juicy crawfish is another style of crawfish seasoning on the outside too and pricey almost 1.5x regular priced crawfish at least. To be honest it's a preference if you like wet seasoning on the outside Asian fusion style that's where you go. But because it's so unhealthy with all the butter you shouldn't eat too much.

Never had University Seafood. How are their crawfish, or seafood in general? Do they have good po-boys?

L&D Crawfish on Foster is the best I’ve had this spring.

I always liked the crawfish from Country Corner on Perkins @ Hundred Oaks.
