I haven't decided if I am going to bring my tailgate gear or not, will probably depend on the weather.

That being said, where in Atlanta should I make reservations for lunch just in case we decide to go that route? I would prefer to be in the general area of the stadium or a quick ride on MARTA

Thanks

Anywhere on Bankhead Highway would be perfect

There are a lot of newish neighborhoods with good options.

The Bluff is a really cool area to check out, it's in Vine City and pretty close to the stadium.

If you are looking for a Thanksgiving lunch meal, most big cities offer deals at restaurants for Thanksgiving.

We were in Boston one year for Thanksgiving and a lot of the restaurants had Thanksgiving meals you could make reservations for. We ended up at a Legal Seafood for Thanksgiving lobster.

Question first, are you driving into Atlanta or flying in?

Capital Grill offers a nice Thanksgiving plate but it is in Buckhead. If you just want brunch, there are many places on the Westside (Howell Mill and 14th ish) that are good and pretty close to the stadium (less than 10 min Uber). If you want down by the Stadium, the is actually a Legal Seafood down there but I have not eaten there.

Silver Skillet is iconic. Great meat and 3. If you're in the mood for Thanksgiving style meal, that's a spot. Good stuffing, both the brown and sausage gravy's are good. Fried chicken, turkey, chicken fried steak, catfish, veggie plate.

For comfort food that day, it's not a bad option, plus you can take back roads down to it.
