My uncle use to make a duck dressing with two store bought ducks. It's was always so good and I'd like to try my hand at it. Does anyone have a good recipe they can point me towards. I have plenty of wild ducks but I'd like to cook with farm raised ducks for this occasion.

I do this one with wild ducks. It's fantastic. Don't skimp on of the sweet meats.

Describe it.
Cornbread dressing just like you would make to go with turkey on thanksgiving. Using ducks instead.

Boil the duck to tenderize before adding to the meat to the dressing batter. And use the stock/broth in the dressing mix.
