Decided to pluck a few Teal after a hunt this weekend. I am looking for a good, relatively simple recipe to use for them. Thanks in advance

I have a few nice duck recipes in the Recipe Book, as do others. Teal are excellent.

Brown them in a black pot, then remove.
Add flower to make a roux
add trinity and cook down
add back ducks and a little sausage and some stock

simmer for a couple of hours and cook the rice baw

ETA for spelling and OP, I like to throw mushrooms in my gravy, but not everyone does. Add when you put the ducks back in.

Favorite and best way to eat duck, especially teal.
