Does anyone know of any tapas restaurants in Baton Rouge similar to Rambla in New Orleans or Vega Tapas Cafe in Metairie?

There used to be one located on Corporate Blvd. right past the Melting Pot, not sure of the name or if it is even still there.

I don't really get it. Tapas are the snacks you eat while working or bar-hopping before a late dinner. (which is common in Spain)

Do you actually eat dinner there?

If you eat enough of them, they are dinner.

Doesn't Sangria have a tapas menu?

As a poster said above, yes, if you eat enough. I went with a group to Vega Tapas in Old Metairie a while back on a Sunday night and it cost $40/person to try out everything they had on their tapas menu that night. Also on Sundays their no corkage fee so you can bring your own wine.
