Freeze it and put it and a roll of duct tape in the ice chest with a note explaining to tape it closed if security opens it.

Packed in a full ice chest it will stay frozen for days.

We used to bring a shite ton of cajun meats to singapore. Usually 30 hours or so before we would open it. Just always tape it closed.

Granted I have no clue how international flights work and how customs and disease concerns these days affect things, BUT growing up, any vacation we took, my mom packed a huge ice chest full of frozen gumbo, jambalaya, spaghetti, etc, duct taped that bad boy, checked it, and then when we got off the slopes each night or back from hiking, we’d heat up dinner

I would freeze it, wrap it in duct tape and wire on a timer on it to gauge how long it's been out of the freezer.
