Just started eating sweet potato fries so now I'm moving onto the real deal. I've fixed them for my wife before but it's been a while. Figured I would just bake them like normal but besides butter and cinnamon does anyone have any suggestions?

I had some sweet potato fries with my filet philly cheese steak yesterday. They were fried and seasoned with salt... pretty damn good.

I treat them like regular fries. Throw some Tony's on them and did them in either miustard or BBq suace. Wife thinks I'm crazy but she likes plain food and calls that tastey.
