Costco do in fact cut your Wagyu if you ask; my sister in Cali bought a Wagyu from Costco and when it shipped to her house she brought it out to Costco and they cut it for free of charge. Your Wagyu marbling looks amazing. I might have to try your place. I got the idea of sous vide egg yolks from Guga's vids.

Thats pretty cool of Costco to let you bring it in. I know some Rouses will do that for those pork shoulders but IDK if you can come back in the store with it.
SVE gets 15% off at the place I got mine from. First time using them but if/when I want some more I will be looking at them again.
I almost did the SV egg yolk as well but wanted to keep it simple. I'm also pretty lazy when I'm not working. I bought wonton paper to fry for my tuna app...so we ate it with spoons and I have some wonton squares in the freezer now
