Those homemade hoagie rolls! And the finished product ain’t too shabby, either.
Submission threads are open 24(ish) hours, from 9:00 am on the given Tuesday until 9:00 am on Wednesday. And then voting starts and goes for 24 hours.
Submission thread, then voting thread, then winner announcement thread which includes the winner picking next challenge ingredient. And then there is the thread that officially announces the date of the next challenge and what the featured ingredient will be.
Let’s not forget the reminder thread that I post at least several days before the challenge, with daily bumps in case you didn’t see the reminder.
Shall I text you when it’s time? And maybe stop by and take pics, host and post them?

Dang! I had no idea you'd come by and take photos. Taking multiple photos, selecting most appropriate, best angle, best lighting, etc. is a real pain. Can I be added to the list?
