Stuffed Chicken Breasts w/ pics

Need a quick, somewhat healthy dinner tonight for the SO and myself. Decided to grab some pretty thick chicken breast and stuff them with fresh moz and spinach.
Wilted the spinach in a skillet with just a glug of olive oil. Got the chicken washed and cut a pouch to hold the spinach and moz.
Baked the chicken @ 405 for 30ish minutes. Didn't really want to overpower to cheese and spinach so I only season with S+P.
Turned out really delicious, simple but good flavor. As a side, made a spinach salad topped with strawberries and a raspberry vinaigrette.
