Anyone know of a good brand for homemade enchiladas.

The ones I bought are falling apart and suck.

I've had success with Guerrero lately. Good for tacos and quesadillas, pretty sure that they'd be good for enchiladas too. They seem pretty sturdy.

What do you mean by "falling apart"? When trying to roll the enchiladas?

You need to warm them up first. I wet my hands and rub some moisture on them then pop in the toaster oven for about a minute.

Lightly toast them on the comal first. Dry or with a little fat.

This will make the more pliable and easier to roll.

Usually enchilada recipes call for lightly frying the tortillas before rolling. It's a bit of a pain in the arse. A simpler alternative is to brush or spray them with an oil/pam and throw them in the oven for a few minutes.
