City pork paper at Spoke and Hub? I am
Not offended by it but I will say that for a Hightower restaurant, this is surprising. Thought he ran a tighter ship than that. I know the downvotes will come, but when most would consider this group to be the best culinary group in BR, professionalism should be top of the list. It disappoints me.

Maybe there were "supply chain issues" or for any number of reasons right now the S&H ones didn't come in in time for their opening. If that's your only reason for shitting on the owner and being disappointed in it, well

Didn’t shite on them at all. Just pointing out that what is widely considered the best restaurant group failed a small detail and it’s disappointing because you want them to be the best restaurant group and cover all the small details. Disagree all you want, but for great restaurant groups in large cities, small details matter. That being said, I have no issue with this, but just pointing it out for discussion.

That’s exactly the point. They knew what they were doing.

I know when I receive a to go bag from Superior on Highland and that damn bag says Superior Seafood New Orleans, I just get all crazy and wonder if that damn dude knows how to run a restaurant.

If Commander’s used plates that said SoBou, all the foodies of this board would say the same thing.
And I know city pork isn’t commanders, but they are both considered top restaurant groups in their cities.
Again, it doesn’t matter to me, just pointing it out. If anyone else besides me said it, half of y’all would agree.

The high prices keep the undesirables out.
