My lazy use of garam masala: pop corn on the stovetop, butter it generously, sprinkle w garam masala. Yeah, nice.

I've seen that mentioned elsewhere. I'm sure it's good.

I made a crock pot of spaghetti squash, ground turkey and crushed tomatoes that I spiced like marinara. Wasn't crazy with the texture. Maybe I over cooked it.

Anyway, the next day I sautéed a half onion, red bell pepper and two stalks of celery. Added the leftover meat/tom mix. Spiced that w gram Marsala, white pepper and a little chili powder. Added in some of the spag squash and a lot of spinach.

Not sure what you'd call it but it was good, filling, and relatively low cal for the amount of protein.

I like the improv. That sounds like something the Mrs. would be all over.

I know I'm late to the party for garam marsala but I finally made the Indian butter chicken. Followed the recipe pretty closely, used the coconut milk substitute but used half the amount of butter and a dash of cayenne pepper. Haven't got the rice cooked yet but everything is tasting wonderful

Just seeing where you added your final pic. It looks like it turned out really good. Great color to that sauce.
