trying to replicate the ones from Starbucks, what is the best way to get this shape?
i see recipes with small mason jars, which i guess will work, but looking for smaller individual portions such as the one pictured. Thank you, ill hang up and listen

Silicone molds...either the mini muffin tin style, or the round ones. Google "egg bite molds" and you'll get lots of choices.

NOt sure. The ones I saw with the small canning jars called for 6 eggs. I would get this is 2, maybe 3.
