Yes to Anova. . Did the pastrami using a brisket and came out great. I also made the Frankencooler using a Coleman stacker for large cuts of meat and for evaporation control on long cooks :

I have the food grade container and it’s perfect for short cooks. I use my vacuum sealer for bagging, mostly, and have used ziplocs in a pinch. I don’t know how I feel about reusable bags mainly for the PITA associated with having to clean them. My advice, skip the latter.

Been doing research. The WiFi version seems to be crap.
