Had some fried yesterday at Harbor Seafood and they were disappointing. Any place in BR have good fried soft shells? I called Tony's and they don't have and fresh, only frozen, otherwise I'd do it myself.

I've shared dinner with someone before that had some at Roux 61 and they said they were good.

Everything you get will be previously frozen.

This right here.
I use to know an old crabber that had molting tables at his camp. He would take the crabs as they would molt. Roll them up in saran warp and pop it into the freezer.

That's not far from my house so I'll probably try there.
