As far as I know, Juban's sells them fried as does Acme, though I haven't checked Acme's menu. I think CIT worked at Juban's, so he knows what they sell. That's why this confused me.

No kidding. I still have no idea what he's asking. The OP asked where good soft shell crab was SERVED. How did raw get into the thread?
