Per my Aunt Jemima box mix (don't judge):
In 1 serving (3-4 inch pancakes)
31g of Total Carbs
1g Dietary Fiber
6g Sugars
1 tbsp of table sugar has 12 grams of sugar.
Now if you pile on maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup also has 12 grams of sugar.
Not exactly adding up.
In 1 serving (3-4 inch pancakes)
31g of Total Carbs

6g Sugars
1 tbsp of table sugar has 12 grams of sugar.
Now if you pile on maple syrup, 1 tablespoon of maple syrup also has 12 grams of sugar.

The 3 stack @ Terrace Cafe in the Beau Rivage are probably equal to 50 cookies. Those things are huge.
