make the snow ice cream (snow, vanilla, powdered sugar, milk). Fill up a rocks glass with the ice cream and stir in 1/2 shot kahlua and a shot of rum

Just made a couple bowls for the wife and me. She was a little skeptical, but it was great.
8 cups snow
1 cup milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/3 cup sugar
1 pinch fine salt
Mix all ingredients well and stir in snow.
