Just came from Walgreens, where they just started offering one-pound bags of Blue Diamond almonds. So much for sensible snacking

Lately I've been getting real into the dried fruit and veggie snacks at Fresh Market, especially the apples.

I'm sticking to the small cans for those. I think I may try one of the other flavors next time.

They have a little wooden rack for that at Albertsons, but I avoid it because I'd probably polish off a bag in one sitting.

Which isn't bad for the dried peas, but isn't healthy for the dried pineapple and apricot with sugar sprinkled on them.

Yeah, the fact that it's pineapple and apricot is supposed to do away with the fact that it's got sugar all over them.


If you ever get to Fresh Market, you should look at their selection Afreaux. It's phenomenal really, and not really expensive.
