When you wrap, put brown sugar, more rub, and thin slices of butter along the ribs.

I usually do a 3, 2, 1, method with ribs. Sometimes I'll roll with 4, 2. But usually 6 hours. Baby backs are usually only 5 hours.

I'll try this with my Kamado Joe. I've got some Baby backs in the freezer and I have a rack I've never used.
