Probably too late but Murrays supermarket makes some damn good sausage for future reference.

I've lived in St.Amant my whole life and I don't think I've ever had theirs. May have to give it a try.

I believe they brought the recipe to Alexanders, pretty good sausage.

So OP, check out Alexanders by Blue Bayou if you didn't have plans to drive to St Amant area.

I don't generally get their regular sausage. I love their maple and bacon sausage as well as their alligator and green onion sausage. The rabbit sausage is good as well.
