Smoked Atomic Buffalo turds?

I have never tried these but have seen them mentioned here before. I am planning on doing some tomorrow but have seen them stuffed with a variety of things so I am curious how everyone here does them. Also interested in any similar appetizer type things for the smoker.

For the ABTs, whatever you choose to stuff them with try painting a pepper jelly glaze toward the end of the cook. Sweet, creamy, salty(from bacon) and spicy! Makes them extra delicious.

ABT’s are, by far, one of my favorite treats off the green egg. I like to stuff mine with pulled pork and cream cheese. I season my cream cheese with a mesquite rub I found at Costco and throw shredded cheese in it too. Use thick cut bacon and smoke indirect until crispy.

I have a bunch of jalapenos on plants that are ready for picking. Probably wait til Monday to make some.
