Probably, but the location isn't bad. It is a high visibility area with a lot of traffic. Santa Fe was fine until Sammys opened. It will take a place with a following to have success though. That stretch of Airline has a ton of restaurants now

im referring to that actual location. I've only lived in the area 10 years and i'm pretty sure this is the 4th failure during that time frame.

seems like the one before the "fine dining" place had failed around that time. them the fine dining,santa fe,sliders trifecta

Must have been doomed from the beginning. Sammy's was open before them.


Sorry, went back and looked and Santa Fe did open a couple months before. Must have been a glorious few months.

We use to go for lunch all the time since we hated on the half shell, they always had a nice size lunch crowd

ahh.. ok. i just figured something else had failed there before that.

either way 3 restaurants in 10 years is kind of sad.
