So I started ordering from butcherbox.com monthly and I've been getting some sirloin tips (when I looked it up seems like it's tri tip). Not something I cook with often but threw it into my normal chili recipe instead of ground beef. I assume it will break down a good bit as I let it simmer for a couple hours.

What do you guys do with them?

I feel like it isn't a normal tri tip look if that makes sense. It is kind of already cubed? I am doing a crap job I will let you know how this chili turns out

If it's already cubed, chili sounds good.

Maybe Philly cheese steaks?

Slice. Salt and pepper. Butter in a cast iron skillet. Cook to medium. Crush with fried eggs.
