Sidney, Australia Fish Market

At my age, there is just about no chance I will ever make it to Australia. However I can go there in my dreams. Here is a nice link to the Sydney Fish Market - the largest in the Southern Hemisphere.
Sidney Seafood Market
The interesting thing on the site is their listing of recipes for fish. (click on seafood school and then recipes) I guess you could just click on this link, too.
Recipe link
There are dishes there I will try, with fish we can get here - I doubt I'll have any flown in from Australia to use.
The site is a fun way to waste a little time

It's never too late. Wife and I went with her parents a couple years ago and my father in law was 72 at the time.

I am no longer a medically safe traveler. I have an artificial mitral valve, a pacemaker, I am on warfarin therapy for my carbon fiber valve, but for over a year now, they have not been able to stabilize my blood INR. I have atrial flutter and throw PVCs. These are chemically regulated with Amiodarone and an occasional session of cardiac shocks to reset my heart and stop the PVCs.
They want to do an ablation, but because of the warfarin, any hospital procedures has the potential of extending to half a month stay to get me off the warfarin and then back on it after the procedure.
Finally, I have had three TIA's, so I am certain I will have others, just don't know when.
I don't think I have forgotten anything medical, but I find I am at the point where things I should remember with ease won't come to me. Maybe I remember after a moment or two and maybe I don't. My dad died of Dementia, so that mental change concerns me.
Anyhow, I just don't travel very far away from my doctors any more and especially don't travel out of country. I have been in hospitals out of country and have not nearly the faith in them that I have in US hospitals (First World Problems).
Sadly, my days of going to foreign places like Japan, Africa, Germany, France, England, South and Central America, Canada and Memphis are probably behind me.
Oh - I am not unhappy - my entire life has been involved with the reality of screwed up things and so I handle it pretty well, most days.

Spent a week there. Had at least one meal a day there. Simply incredible. Think about the baby octopus in Italian dressing often. So simple. So fresh. Fantastic.

Try subbing the octopus with half inch thick select ribeyes and bake for 45 minutes at 375° if you want your frickin mind blown son.

A lot of the heart related stuff sounds like what my dad has as well. He feels bad a lot of days but gets around okay but not too far. Best to ya.
