Wondering if the experts on this board can comment on whether it is ok to ship a cream-cheese filled King Cake. I wasn't sure if the fillings can handle a couple days transit time. Any filling for that matter...strawberry, apple, etc.

Thanks.

I’ve only shipped through Haydel’s which is always one day.

I shipped via Sucre once, but that was one day also.

Doesn't seem like it would matter, people don't usually refrigerate king cakes anyway.

I was sent a cream cheese filled King Cake from Ambrosia Bakery. It wasn't overnighted, and was delicious. Tasted as it should.
