Amazing dish with some type of sauce. Waitress said contained cardamom, caraway and apricots. I'm trying to recreate at home but not having success.
I did duplicate his curried cauliflower hummus which is killer.

just ask them next time you go they'll at least give you the general gist of the recipe. Typical glazed carrots is butter, sugar and a little water plus whatever else you flavor it with
