shank portion ham

my favorite all purpose lil ham. I sometimes saw the shank end off and save for beans and use the rest for.....ham.
Also ya can boil the whole thing take it off the bones and use it for bean seasoning etc and save the stock. plenty other options for this lil ham ad Rouses often has them on sale for less that 1$ a lb. Like this week.
